Stella Lu is a partner in the Shanghai office focusing on international related legal matters. Her practice areas primarily encompass international arbitration, dispute resolution, corporate mergers and acquisitions,cross-border investment, corporate governance and compliance, along with other business-related legal matters. She has rendered comprehensive legal services to a multitude of renowned multinational companie, which include, but are not limited to, advising on dispute resolution strategies, designing transaction structures, reviewing contracts, drafting transaction documents, conducting legal due diligence, establishing compliance systems, and providing legal counsel on various legal issues that arise during company operations. Stella’s clientele includes Fortune 500 MNCs as well as domestically listed Chinese companies.

Stella Lu earned a Master of Laws degree with a specialization in international dispute resolution from University College London. She has garnered over 12 years of legal practice experience, having worked at top-tier UK law firm shanghai office and a Fortune 100 cross-border high-tech group headquartered in the United States.
